This written agreement is binding for all parties and its successors serves as an instrument to enforce the protection of both real and intellectual property belonging to Charleston Wholesale Florist, herein called “The Company”, located at 4931 Rivers Avenue Building #100

Charleston, South Carolina, 29406 which is equipped with audio and video surveillance. As a member of ‘Flowers after Hours’ Sales Initiative Program, I act in good faith, with the temporary access code provided to me for the purpose of accessing “The Company’s” Open Market Floral Cooler area only. All other areas are not accessible to me. I will not keep any information from “The Company” or dispense any company property and/or security codes to any third party for personal gain. I will, in good faith, hold harmless “The Company” and all its agents from both legal and personal action from my use of their facility.
